Ceremonial Matcha Green Tea Powder, 1kg cafe bag.

Grown, processed and packaged in China's Zhejiang province, the birth place of matcha. This matcha is the the blend of two matcha cultivars, from a trusted farm, harvested in Spring. 



Greener than our organic matcha but not quite as green as our Emerald Ceremonial Matcha, this matcha carries a premium dark green color, great for showing through in latte form. 
With a subtle taste profile, this is great for cafe drinkers relatively new to matcha but looking for a nice green ‘instagram story worthy’ drink. 



Flavor & scent profile:

Subtle umami taste and not overly sweet. 



Color profile:
Dark green, greener than our Organic Ceremonial Matcha but not as green as our Emerald Ceremonial Matcha.
